Those almost look like spirorbids, those are harmless filter feeders. Look at spirorbids at the link below to confirm.

they are about 3/4 the way down the list.

+1 spirorbids. Those things latch on and never move. They spread fast. But they’ve never been a problem for me other than aesthetics. Seems your torch brought all kinds of hitchhikers.
