Red worm like creature

I have just caught this one in the picture. It is in a drop of water so quite small maybe 5mm. One side looks like feather of some sort so could be a baby feature duster in loose

Looks like a polychaete. Feather dusters are in that classification, so it is possible. You rarely see them outside of the tubes. Bristleworms are also in that classification.
