Red worm

I am finding these red worms in my sand bed. The odd thing is the back or front side of the worms has all these tiny strings coming out of it. Idk if it’s baby worms or what they are. I have tried finding them on the web but can’t seem to get an Id on them. If anyone can identify them that would be a great help. Pictures aren’t the best taken from my iPhone.

Terebellids aka spaghetti worms. Beneficial cuc.

So it’s something that I should keep then? Don’t have to worry about my corals? Thanks for the quick response
