Red worms ??? Good bad ugly ???

I have had my tank set up for about 2 weeks it was someone else tank so I got it mature and up and running well I look at my sand and I have red hairs it looks like all over are they good and if not how do I get rid of them

No their a good part of your cuc. You'll see allot more of them, they come out at night.
