Redsea g2 cabinet quality

for those who owned a previous model of rs350 or 425 and the new g2 , what noticeable improvements in terms of quality do you see or feel between g1 and g2? like thickness of cabinet top and things that may prevent sagging. i am waiting for my 425g2 and was thinking of placing and extra thick plywood top pm top of the cabinet.

I think that it is only some of the smaller models that have been upgraded to the plywood cabinets. RedSea's marketing suggests that all of the new cabinets are of improved design but if you read the individual specs the larger tanks have always been built that way.
