I currently have a waterbox 25 gallon i want to upgrade my setup to a 50-75 or a 90 gallon i look at marketplace often i see some redsea but i don't want to take the guess with them so here is my idea buy a seapora 50g 75g or a 90g and convert it to an aio or with a sump does some of you have some guideline

Well, I've run both a 75 and a 90g with a sump. It's pretty easy to put together. Ypu just need to get comfortable with PVC. If you've never done it before, it's about managing the pipework so you can disconnect from the DT and actually be able to pull the sump out without breaking down the DT. Some systems have the sump stuck in place, trusting it'll never leak. I do not suggest this. Trust me, I've done it. And I lucked out. BUT, I did have to break down my old 75 when IT leaked so I know the pain of working fast and furious over a three day period to swap out a DT.

Does a 90 worth it over a 75 since they have the same foot print but the 90 is higher i would like to have a corner over flow and plumb the pipe under the tank but those 75 and 90 have a trempered bottom glass so it can not be done if am correct and what about an aio conversion can it be good or only be a load of problem and restriction

I have read that a corner overflow is a pain so what do you think about the overflow and return in an end of the tank like a peninsula and i could make my stand to hide everything
