I had a phenomenal experience with them. Great communication and answers to all of my questions. Ordered 2 achilles tangs from them. They were exactly as described, with size and what they were eating. They arrived with plenty of water, did the recommended acclimation with is match temp by floating, pour contents into bucket and net them out. That evening one was eating vigorously and the other the next day. Beautiful well behaved fish. Definitely purchasing from Reefbeauties again.
Could not have asked for a better experience. Ordered a Japanese swallowtail, a Lamarck’s angel and three other very common fish. Was fortunate enough that all were in stock and the order was filled and shipped the next day (I’d ordered very late in the day). I live in Houston and was hoping UPS would route the shipment through their Dallas hub but it went through Louisville where it was below freezing. Opened the box immediately upon receipt and through the opaque bags all looked spry and healthy. After temperature acclimating in the tank they went. They looked and behaved as though they were removed from their previous tank seconds ago…beautiful and healthy as best I could tell. Began socializing in short order. Ridiculously good prices and my emails were all responded to thoroughly within minutes. All in all, over the top great service. A+ in my book. Recommend them highly without the slightest reservation!
