Frag Tank Measuring 48x24x12

Light = Photon V2 48 inch

The light is currently 18 inches above the water line and I’m getting good spread. I’m running a modified version or the AB+ schedule. With the blues maxing out at 50% for 6 hours a day and total photo period of 12 hours.

Don’t have access to PAR METER

Lux meter. $16.

Meter the surface of the water. Place frags accordingly. Ie higher light in the middle and less on the edges.

What are the reds, greens and whites set to?

On my tank the light is 12" above, with blues set to 55% no reds or greens and the whites are at 21% then they increase to 35% mid-day for three hours then falls back 15% for the evening. At peak power I get 225-250 PAR at about 8-10" depth where my sps are. From there it drops to 110 on the sand bed at 21" directly under the light and 80 in the front corners.

The reds, greens, and whites are set to 20% when on peak for 6 hours
