Hey all!

Just wanted to say I had a great experience with @Reef By Steele on my Copepod order. The order shipped quickly and came with excellent insulated packaging. I added the pods about a week ago and my glass is COVERED with hungry copepods happily eating algae. I have scraped the glass several times and within a day or two, my glass is covered again. Pretty awesome :). I'm sure my fish are loving the snacks.

Additionally, I made a mistake during the order process with shipping (Not reading the BIG BANNER on the site lol. Oof.). They promptly reached out to inform me of the situation, and before I could respond to pay the additional shipping, they had already upgraded it and wouldn't let me cover the difference. I will 100% order with them again! That is some top notch customer service!

@Mas0n, hey, thanks for the shout out. @Ocean_Queenie and I really appreciate it. So glad to hear how well they are colonizing. That is our goal with our process of harvesting all life stages. Always exciting to have a customer reach out with such a positive story. Hope your tank continues to thrive.
