What state or country do you live in
Texas
I ordered a clean crew for the 70g I had purchased that needed some cleaning help quick. To no fault of Reef Cleaners, the package ended up in Nebraska instead of Texas on the day it was to be delivered. And unfortunately that was on a Friday. I ended up getting the 7 days after they were shipped. So about half of what was ordered did not survive. We kept in contact by email. I will say that his email replied were very short and basically evasive. He did not want to talk about it. Or try to resolve the issue in the way I had asked. I emailed him with details and pictures and also mentioned that I wanted to purchase some crabs so that he wouldn't be sending out the replacement snails for free on his end. I wanted him to at least make up some of his loss. I asked this more than once. And only simple 1 line email replies. He never acknowledged my want for crabs, for the dead snails to be replaced. The only line was that he refunded the cost of the dead snails. I did not ask, comment, hint or need a refund. I DID ask for replacement snails and was willing to order extra crabs to help his cost. I asked again in another email about this only to receive another 1 line response. We refunded you for the snails.

Shorting my order doesnt help my tank. Now I need to find another avenue for snails and crabs. He runs his business like a child and he avoids talking about anything like a grown up. Ive purchased from him in years past with no issues. I will NEVER buy from him again. Bad business practice. Man up and replace what did not survive instead of dodging the issue.
