Separate fridge!?!? My wife would say otherwise! Sounds delicious to be honest. How do you make it? Actually smoke the fish prior to prep or add the liquid smoke taste ?I have some side hustle too. Smoked fish dip funded my 180 gal tank purchase.

I like to use my call-in pay from the Cardiac Cath Lab. When they call us in, we get a minimum of 2hrs @ 1.5x base pay. If I get called in 3 or 4 times in a weekend I'm looking at a nice chunk of change.
