I used a different magnet to connect, it does not matter as far as I can see. Do you have a new router, make sure it is capable of receiving a signal at 2.4 GHz.

I deleted the original pump from the Reef factory app.

I reset the pump with the magnet,
Logged on to the pump wifi it will be called RFDP**********. using reeffactory password.
The go into a browser, type in the address www.dosingpump.io, then follow the instructions on screen.

I hope this helps.

Just went through this with all my RF devices.
Had to reset Starlink and lost connection to everything- note that everything continues to work when off line, you can not adjust anything.

the normal way using online reef factory app did not work.
I had to download smart reef - then add device- one at a time.

Reset device with magnet
Find the device code on wifi list
Go to smart reef - add device- use code - follow instructions
Enter wifi details etc

You loose all previous settings which sucks.

I have had some issues with RF but the devices have worked perfectly for years now a d earned my respect. I was looking to add to what I have and found out about them going bank rupt. Real shame. Good concept and good gear.
