I really like that last one, looks like a tuna or mackerel. Nice job.

I made this porcupine fish which I modeled (loosely) off of this burrfish I caught in the Atlantic. His eyes light up green but he is not plugged in here.

Paul... I love the light up fish.. I am serious about a trade.. let me know if you are ever interested.

Got 4 paintings done this week.. I was quite surprised myself. To be fair I did neglect just about everything that needed done around the house..
Juvenile Flying Gurnard, 8 lined FaorY Wrasse, Yellow tang ( seemed topical) and a Lubbock's Fairy Wrasse- all watercolor- 12" x 18" approximately-nate wilson, 2017

Still loving this thread!

Great work! I would love to see a c. Lanceolatus done - since I'll likely never see one in my tank ;)

I was an Art Director/Creative Director for many years and your methology between still life and
interesting cartoonish technique, produces stunning illustrations to say the least.
I would love to see you possibly paint someones entire reef or fowler live still tank.
You are amazing.

Love it! I used to be into art, I kind of fell out of it.

Wow! They look very good! Have you ever thought about painting a rainbow bubble tip anemone?
