Reef hobbyist magazine info question

Hey just flipping through this magazine I got free in an order of supplies, and I came across an article about pygmy angelfish.
In the text it said a cherub angel would be ok in a 20g tank. I thought all dwarf angels were needing 50g+?

Is that to good to be true? I've been on the fence for what to stock my 20g cube with.

Cherubs only get to be an inch and half or two inches at the most. I think 20g would be okay, though they are known to pick at corals.

I would say it’s alright as a juvenile but keep an eye on its growth as some are rather active and others are more mellow with swimming room. Also as said above - All dwarf angelfish are known to nip, in fact only one genus of angels are not always known to nip coral so keep an eye out for that.
