Reef Octopus skimmer and uv sterilizer question

what size skimmer and uv sterilizer would be the best for my 90 gallon. I am currently wanting to upgrade all my filtration and sump and want the most info I came get before I purchase. I have 40B I will be making into a sump/refugium.
