hello evrey one ! my second tim eposting here. here is my situation , i just got the lumentek 240 pro from reef radiance. the light are cool and cant complain, everything works out of the box. my only this is that i totally suck at electronics and the lights did come with instructions oh ow to program them. i emailed rick yesterday but i am anxious to get them running the way they are suposed to. any here can help me out on how to program them ?? i would be so greatfull. thanks every one .

NanaReefer, do you run your moon lights prior to ramping up CH 1and 2 and then off and back on as Ch1 and 2 fade out, if so do you ramp them up and down or let them pop on at 100%

Lumentek 240 is great . just play with the controls a while . It took me a while to get used to it . I did the ramp up with time changes every 10 min . I wrote down all 144 programs and adjusted over a few weeks till I got it the way I want . most is 20 -40 % but high noon at this time is 40-50% which lasts 30 min then ramps down every 10 min ,

Channel 1 & 2 I have ramping up/down every 30 min starting at 9am, off at 6pm. Form 6pm till 11pm my moons come on at 40% and ramp down to 0 by 11pm
I may be overly cautious but I'm starting my intensity on the low end. Max is 20/30% with the unit 12 1/2" from water surface. So far it's working great!

I know this is an OLD post but I have been using the Reef Radiance lumentek 240 on my 75 gallon tank. I bought the light used and still have not figured out how to use the program part.
