Thought I might revive this thread to see if more people had picked this up. I got a nice chunk of this about 6 weeks ago. It didn’t do anything for a month but is starting to base out now. Really nice shades of teal , aqua and dark blue. I’ve got high hopes for this one.
this pic is when it was still on the rack.

I love this piece.

Does this acro get rusty red polyps down towards the base and tucked down between the branches? I got a mari frag that ended up looking just like it but that's just based of pictures I've seen. It's got about 3 different shades of blue when I had it under MH. The polyps at the tip are white and towards the base a rusty red under daylight. Much more red under blues. It's my favorite find to date.

Edit: Nevermind, I saw OP's pictures...doh! It looks very close.

I'd love to see some more pictures if anyone has a nice colony of it?

I'd never refer to it as shazam, but I'd like to get some opinions of people growing this piece if they feel it is the same acro?

Almost lost it but one chunk. It's looking different under t5s

Not looking to derail, love the thread but thought it might be the best place to get some insight.

Looking forward to more pictures of RRC Shazam

@Smite that's a gorgeous piece either way. Solid pickup as a mariculture.

Looks like same "species". There are several variants of it circulating now.

Lost mine last year. It was becoming impressive. Either a nutrient zeroed or no3 rose too high.

I need another piece for sure

Thanks for sharing.
