White with a black grey pattern, about the size of a grain of rice. Chiton? Reef safe?

Everything seems to be doing fine, corals and fish are happy.

Yup, those are a very common variety of miniature chiton. Harmless algae eaters. I've had that exact variety in many tanks over the years including my current system. They will reproduce in your tank and make up part of the CUC. The population grows based on available algae.
