Hey guys, I that my fish may have gotten fin rot. Idk how.. it started all of a sudden. My royal gramma is hiding so I can't get a pic but he's kinda bad.
Here is a pic of what I noticed on my sailfin.
I can't catch them and also don't have anywhere to Quarantine them.
I'm looking for advice on if it is fin rot and a reef safe option of treatment. Also this evening I will do a large water change.

Is it on the dorsal fin too? Or just the anal fin? I can't be sure from the photos.

I see it on the anal fin. Your best course of action is to try and set up a QT and get the fish in there for treatment, but it doesn't look too bad at this point so you can try feeding them the antibiotics. It's slower that way, but you should have some time. Kanaplex + Focus in the food, every day... minimum of ten days but it could take longer.

Thank you. Do I search those exact names and would they be on amazon?
Will a large water change help at all?

UPDATE:
I couldn't find any of the mentioned meds locally so had to order them.. still haven't reached.
I had to improvise and do what I could to save my little friends so I switched back to IO salt (was using azoo for a while because I couldn't get the IO, Azoo is horrible IMO btw) and did a huge water change like over 50%. After 2 days the Sailfin tang's fins were healing up, now its completely healed :D . still cant find my gramma so I'm hoping he's hiding and healing up as well.
On another note since switching back to IO my corals are looking wayyyy better.
Thank you @melypr1985 & @Humblefish for the help :)
