Reef tank recently crashed. Put all remaining coral into ATO(salt) and refilled DS with fresh saltwater and substrate, I need to move coral ASAP

Recently, I had a alk swing from 11 to 30+ due to human error and wiped out all of my fish except for a pistol shrimp and some CUC as well as all but 2 of my corals
The ATO is a 10g and can barely hold all of my coral, I run a Seachem tidal 55 on the 29g DS and need to keep it on the DS so it can cycle (just dosed Dr. Tims BB and Ammonia as recommended) I filled the ATO with fresh saltwater as well as my DS. Ammonia is at around 1ppm. I need to move the coral to the DS ASAP so they can receive sufficient filtration, flow, light etc... but I'm not sure if putting them in the DS at this state would be lethal. (Corals are easy-moderate LPS/Soft such as torches, acan, zoas.) I figured the more-experienced reefers on here could help me out.

6 months, nitrate was at 5ppm and stable
29g
It was dry base rock that established fairly quickly with bb and algae, prob ~10lbs in there right now
No, I used to run a HOB but stopped as i suspected it to be cleaning my po4 clean.

i think as long as you match salinity, temp, and alk is back close to normal ,water is "clear" settled ,can return back to display tank.
will add swish rock in SW before adding corals back,
set up hob with rinsed carbon running,
be prepared for a just in case water change within next 48 hrs.
check params ,and keep eye on corals for the next week or so.
best wishes.
