This is what I keep.

10 dKh Alk
420 ppm Ca
1350 ppm Mg
5-10 ppm NO3
0.03-0.05 ppm PO4

Stability is the key, you can have everything do just fine at a multitude of levels, just keep it steady. Also, the parameters vary based on the types of coral you plan on keeping. The wife keeps softies and hers will do best with nitrates around 25 ppm. If you make changes, remember to take it slow and steady.
