Hi,

I’ve downloded the REEF2REEF app onto my iPhone but it does not let me log in.
I’m using the correct login details (as I can log in on my laptop and iPhone on the web browser) but it just comes up with this error message.

Has anybody encountered this issue before and what did you do to overcome it?

Thanks in advance

The reef2reef app was discontinued. For now your mobile browser is best. There is a new app coming sometime this year :)
Sorry for any inconvenience.

Can the app be removed from the App Store and Google Play? Seems like this question comes up pretty frequently and keeping people from being able to download it may prevent confusion.

I tried using this app for weeks without any success. I thought that the problem was my phone or my account.

Agree with removing the app!!
