How do you feel about us hosting some google meetups?

Maybe have a schedule of topics that we all discuss with some time limit rules but generally just a laid back discussion?

The clothes are not optional reminds me of a time back during COVID-19 in 2020 when we had a school Zoom session where hundreds of people were on it. They had staff at the meeting, students, and, I'm assuming, parents. Well, one of the people I was friends with during the meeting decided to take a shower and have his camera on. He had the phone propped up head level where you could not see anything except his shoulders and up (yes, he did have underwear on as a backup if his phone somehow fell). It was so funny to see a serious meeting about new campus guidelines and just having this guy take a full-blown shower during this meeting.

The hardest part is nailing down a day and time good enough for most time zones. Obviously not everyone will be able to make every meeting, but I think it’d be a good supplement to the forum.

Is this a video version of a thread, only it happens within a fixed time period? Is it recorded or is it ephemeral like a telephone call? Will there be a text version for later consumption and comment? I prefer asynchronous communication, so, I probably would not find time to attend.
