Hi all, I’m new to the hobby as well as this community. I haven’t set up a tank yet as I have been trying to do extensive research before I embark on any endeavor. I don’t think I will start with one as I know it’s probably not beginner friendly, but eventually I would like to work my way up to a Wartyskin Frogfish. I’m interested to hear what some of you would recommend as a good starting set up? As far as fish go, I really like goby and pistol shrimp pairs as well as Banggai Cardinals. For Coral, I know as a beginner because it’s fast spreading it probably isn’t a good idea, but I like GSP, I’m also interested in Sinularia Leather. Any tips or resources or whatever thoughts you guys have for someone looking to start would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! Welcome to the reef side of things. This is the meet and greet forum, it's confusing at first but you'll get lots of hello's here but not so many answers for questions. Look through the forums or post a question to one that seems fitting. Sorry i don't normally give the information on the meet and greet but i seen that no one else jumped in for it yet. I have gsp but it's on a back wall and it does grow like crazy. Best on a wall or it's own rock.
