I am setting up a 75 gallon reef. It will consist of mostly LPS and SPS. I am trying to decide on lighting and am leaning toward the Reefbreeder Photon. I have found some reviews on this light but the reviews were pretty old. I would love to hear some reviews from current people using this light, I am aware of other options such as Kessil and MaxSpect but do not have the funds for either of those options.

Also for the Photon,my tank is 48" and according to the Reefbreeders website the 32" light is for 48" tanks. Do you see any issues with using the 48" fixture over a 48" tank. The light will be hanging from a canopy with plenty of height available.

I would look into a sbreeflights.com i run them on my frag system as I couldn't spend the big money I had already spent on the fixtures upstairs on my display.. I was pretty surprised on how bright green my spongodes montipora colored up under it and so far my blue stag is just as vibrant. Mike from @SB Reef Lights is on here to answer any questions if you don't know anything about them..

Thanks for the suggestion. I have been watching their videos and really like the 32" wifi.

I use the photon 48" on my 90 and will be using them on my 120. I recommend them. I keep LPS and SPS and some softies with no issues.
