My light is currently sitting with a solid GREEN indicator light. I can see the WiFi signal it’s putting off but I can’t do anything with it from there. I need to basically just master reset the light so I can get it into the blinking BLUE status. I know how to add the light on the app from there.

I have the PRE 2025 light so it’s apparently some kind of flat button. I cannot for the life of me actually find it. I cannot poke around in there and touch something that sends it through a soft reset. But I can’t do anything as far as hold for X seconds or press X amount of times quickly… anybody got some kind of advice on this tricky reset button?

Hope this helps!! Let me know how it goes!

To perform a hard reset on the ReefBreeders Photon V2 Pro, follow these steps:
  1. Locate the flat button inside the access port for the reset button.
  2. Use the included key or a flat head screwdriver to press it gently.
  3. If the light indicator is solid GREEN, press the reset button 8 times in a row to turn it off.
  4. After the light cycles, it should move to solid green.
  5. If the indicator LED flashes green or blue fast but doesn't go solid green, press the reset button 8 times in a row to turn it full power on all channels.
  6. Press the reset button again to exit this mode and perform a soft reset.

Thank you. I cannot locate this “flat button” … I can stick a flat head screwdriver in there lightly and trigger something. But I cannot find a button to push.

I don’t see anything here that resembles a flat button at all.
