Trying to set up my New merdian 35. I can connect to light “merdian_35XXXXXX” then when connecting to 2.4 GHz wifi it will not accept password saying failed to connect. The password is 100% correct. I even reset it just to be sure. Any advise? This is very frustrating.

Have you asked the owner for help? There very good about helping and getting back to you. I dont have the newer meridian i have the photon V2 pro

Ya i tried this. Plan on calling RB tomorrow if i cant figure out tn.

• Reset Button: Located inside the endcap. Use the included key or a flat head screwdriver to press it gently. Older versions have a gold button at the top of the reset slot, and newer versions have a black right angle button directly inside the reset button slot.

he has the meridians but maybe its the same i dont know

Update: connected to my phone hotspot and was able to set light up. Cant transfer to home wifi though, very weird.

On 2.4 and yes app is updated. I have a dedicated “guest network” that all my controllers run on

Did you get the manual control and have it plugged in? If so, unplug it and tri again or hit the reset button for 2 seconds 3 times to go into WiFi mode.

Update:

I emailed with RB end they informed me that wifi security type needs to be set to WPA2-PSK. This resolved the issue.

The reset button is in a different location on the Meridian. It is by the manual control knob and you just press and hold it for a couple seconds.
