I ordered a prism top off for our 16g nano tank. Noticed while cleaning it that the plastic on little magnets cracked. Not a huge deal, they aren't in the water, etc... probably could have just sealed them up with silicone and ran it.

I reached out to reefbreeders via the form on their website. Logan was on the case super quick. Asked for some pics and had me verify no water was actually inside the probe and there wasn't. Got me some replacement magnets sent out really fast. Had some skittles and a Keychain to boot.

I also bought a photon v2 48non black Friday sale. Tank isn't setup yet so haven't used them. But feeling confident that if there are any issues they'll stand behind their products. Thanks Logan, you rock!
