Reefbrite Tech LED Supplement

How would these work as a supplement to existing LED's? This might sound stupid, but I recently read where Jason Fox uses them as supplements, so of course it caught my curiosity.

Most people use them to supplement t5 or metal halide to provide the "Pop" that blue LEDs provide. You can definitely add them to existing leds but it is probably the same as turning the blues up on your fixture.
