Anyone have experience ordering from reefcleaners in the winter? I'd like to place an order but don't want to have a box full of frozen dead critters show up on my doorstep. I live in Pittsburgh so it can be anywhere from mid 40s this time of year to 0.

USPS is totally bogged down right now... still!!! Holidays rush except they are using less staff because if COVID so it is worse than usual.

I would only do it if you can pay for FedEx or UPS 2day delivery.

Two priority shipments I sent took two weeks. They just got stuck for days at every hub they stopped at... probably just taking forever to sort.

I'd avoid them completely. Any doa and you will be banned, like I was and others. Businesses run this way should be boycotted.
