I've used them for over a DECADE and only had one "incident" (mass loss due to the courier leaving them in a HOT truck one extra day) and RC completely took care of us and re-shipped the order.

They are a Top Notch company to deal with and have gone well ABOVE expectations on many occasions with us.

I'm confident it has something to do with the fact that I live very "Rural" in terms of couriers. Even our OVERNIGHT packages are not truly OVERNIGHT due to proximity to "Hubs".
