Hello Everyone,
Starting up my Frag Room/Hang out/Craft Room! Let’s get right to it.

Tank is 8’x2’x12”
130 gallons with 40 gallon breeder DIY sump
Second Tank: DBP 80 Gallon Rimless

Lighting: Reefbrite T5 Supra Fixture
Ecotech Radion xr15w g4 pro
(3) Xr30w G3 Pro

Return: Jebao DCT 15000
Tunze ATO

Aquamaxx ConeS Q3 Protein Skimmer

Flow provided by IceCap 3k Gyres

Total Control by: Neptune Apex

Always been fond of that sort of hydroponic raceway whatever you want to call it container. Get that thing full! ;)

I know how you love coralline. I can see you gluing the old stuff back down, lol.

Lol I saw these tanks when they were completely covered in coralline. I actually used to scrape it off the sides to seed my old tank. Can’t wait to see some life in this tank. I need some rock!!!

Got some rock and did some painting, color is “almost charcoal” gray.

Next will be flooring, trim and finishing out the tank stand. Not sure how I want to close the stand in, I wanted to be easy to access underneath and leave it open. However, I think it would look nice if I closed it in.

I love it!! the only thing I don't like about tubs and flood trays is you can only see in from the top, which can be a heartbreaker when you push high flow and have a killer collection. My next build is definitely going to be acrylic simply for that reason

That’s very true! I’d love to have these dims in a acrylic or glass setup, but I ran into a very good deal with this tub so I couldn’t pass it up.
