They are heavy! WIFI has worked great so far, connected right away. I will have time to mess with it over the weekend some more and give feedback.
Awesome! Looking forward to your write up. I’m getting annoyed on my Gen 5 making popping noise. I’m about to chuck it out onto the street so some car can run it over. I’m still waiting over a month now for replacement parts.

My wife just told me the new covers arrived today. I will be replacing the covers and posting them for sale tonight. My biggest issue with the G5's isn't the cracking covers, it's the fact that I feel like Ecotech sold a defective product. I have lights turning on by themselves, changing the intensity to 100% on 1 light, can't connect to all lights, cracking cases, popping noises from day one, and Ecotech flat out refusing to replace them. I like the overall coverage they supply and think they were just rushed.

Took a quick PAR reading with my Apogee 510 and got 120 PAR on the sand, 240 at the acro using LPS mode on the light. Lights may be a little close to the water. It was late and had to work today so I went conservative on the lighting, that's with Reef Brites off.

I’ll map the par this weekend and mess with the light schedule

Yes, all is well. Very happy with the lights. I ended up keeping it on LPS as I like the color and it meets my par needs. The 6 sticks of SPS have been doing great sitting at 220-250 par. The only impact I saw was a little bleaching on one monti but it was also taking 50 more PAR than before. It's doing great now and colored back up. I plan to keep a mixed reef so the SPS profile was way overkill for what I need.
