I cannot begin to imagine what you are going through. I hope your situation has gotten better.

You are not alone. Your trauma and my trauma have a similar way to cope. The trauma never goes away. We just find ways to cope with our issues so that we can continue to live.

I am happy your tank helps you as mine does. Stay strong and let us know if you ever want to share coping techniques.
