Rinsing the syringe.I'm curious.... There are essentially 10 vials in this thing. 1-8 for reagents 10 is the photospectrometer (im assuming) what is the 9th one for...
Ooo hmm I was curious because mine still has some blue color water in the bottom of it left over. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't working improperly.. I got a really REALLY off number but I think it had to do more with the placement of my rodi than anything and was checking in the machine and saw the leftover and couldn't figure it out.Rinsing the syringe.
Is your RODI container on the same level as your Reefbot, approximately? If you see anything left in the rinse chamber you have an issue.Ooo hmm I was curious because mine still has some blue color water in the bottom of it left over. Twice so far to me as well. Seems to be a bit of a design flaw, but I am waiting to hear back from Jad for what he thinks might be going on.Eek...anyone else have this happen to them yet? This was a new needle I put on for a replacement. I noticed all my test results were all 0 so I checked. I put a new one on and all seems to be well. Thinking I maybe put it in slightly slanted or something and it hit against one of the viles.

Mine have been good after I straighten mine out . I don’t push my vials all the way to the back tho . Maybe like quarter inch from back . I kind of eyeballed it so it hits near the center . Is anybody using the Giesemann Po4 test ? I am setting it up now and my test has two of the same reagents it looks like . Are these the same p04-1 and did you put both in one test vial![]()
One of those should say -2 at the end I believe. You put -1 into a vile and -2 into a vile. I haven't been able to get my Giesemann to work yet though. I don't think there is enough reagent in the small bottles I got. I don't think the needle goes down low enough but I haven't had time to play with it.

Jesus 900 bucks and design flaws , thank you brave souls for being the testers of 900 dollar testing unit. I’m waiting until V2 with all the bugs ironed out. And also a well documented track record
It’s obviously working fine for hundreds of folks, it’s probably my fault like something got whacked when I unpacked it.Jesus 900 bucks and design flaws , thank you brave souls for being the testers of 900 dollar testing unit. Thanks ! I was wonder why they had two of the same reagent 1 but in different bottles .. and Yeah I just noticed that it’s gonna take one or two more to fill the 2nd reagent . I have two more test coming in mail . They should be here tomorrow or the next . I guess I’ll hold off for another day or two
I had to order 2 more giesemann phosphate kits (for a total of 3) to fill the vial to be able to even run a test. Still got 0 ppm (the color was not white like before, which indicates not enough reagent), whereas manual Hanna ULR is giving me 0.098 ppm (32 ppb). Not sure giesemann is worth it at the point. $54 for 3 test kits. It is supposed to have good resolution at the low end (0 ppm, 0.03 ppm, 0.06 ppm, 0.1 ppm, etc.). I would have been happy if it reported 0.1 ppm, but for it to report 0 is unacceptable. I don't know if this is a reefbot issue or a giesemann issue.
I'm assuming this isn't normal

Maybe shaking reagent off?Mine does this too . I thought it was normal and shaking air out ? . But good question if it isn’t normal I wanna know .
