I think I found the problem.

I need glasses!

I seem to have switched a nitrate vial for a calcium vial.

I will run the tests again and report back. Im expecting everything to be straight.

Can't believe I had the vials in tnr wrong spot.
Again!

Make sure to double check all chemical positions from the app also

So all of the testing results need to go through the servers? It doesn't use a local wifi or Bluetooth connection to send results to a device running the app.

Do you guys have kids?
I have kids. They are all grown. I even have grandkids. I still think and feel like I'm too young to have grown kids.

Funny thing about little kids...
They sometimes do stuff and try to correct what they may have done wrong.

My grandkids pulled the tubes of the ReefBot out of the tank and r/o.
They tried to correct this. They put the tank tube in the r/o and the r/o tube in the tank.
While testing this morning trying to get everything srtaight after me mixing up reagent positions in the ReefBot, I was getting crazy low numbers like 20ppm calcium and 1 dkh.
It was driving me crazy!
So im getting ready to re calibrate the ReefBot and notice the tubing in the wrong places.
Uuuugh!!!
Switched tubes back where they belong and I'm testing again.

I really like the Reefbot!
Everything is working as it should.
Tests are accurate.

I just have to keep my tubes and reagents in the right places.

Data saved on the cloud is the new technology. We can support our users better and faster
Ok. Thanks for the info. I personally would like to have stand alone operation with a local wifi or such, for a myriad of reasons, and the ability to use the cloud if I wanted remote access. Would this be something that has been considered for future updates?

I’ll propose the idea. Thanks.

Red Sea PO4 seems close. Needs to be dialed in a bit. I’m getting .12ppm and Hanna says .08ppm. Tested 3 times.

Hello all,
I’m looking into purchasing one of these. For those that have it are you satisfied? How long have you had it? Do you trust it? And would you buy it again?

I bought one of the first ones shipped to the US after release. It has had a few hickups, and I would absolutely buy another right now if I needed one. Excellent device. It has it's limitations but they selected the best compromises for my use cases, and I think most others.

I trust it and would absolutely buy it again. It meets my needs.
I believe reagents will get better with time and more options for reagents will become available.
This product may spur the growth of water testing companies to create better, leaner more accurate testing reagents.

I received mine last Wednesday and I am really loving it so far! I have had some issue with calibrating and missing stirrers and things, but really all my own issues and support was very helpful. Tests are now coming out on par with what is showing when done manual. I would recommend it, as it really is one of a kind at the moment. What is really interesting is how much rinsing it does to make sure tests are not contaminated. If you are like me you never do nearly as much rinsing your manual tests! This is an awesome gadget and I cannot wait to see what new things are ahead for the bot.

A few days ago I believe

Just saw this got added. I have one of these kits somewhere and will have to add it in the spots I have available. I had initially planned to use the tropic marin p04 test but considering it is still not added I'm switching over.

I would definitely buy it again. I've had it since it got released here. It's easy to use, support from the company has been great! Seems to be more and more tests getting added. For the tests Im running: red sea Magnesium, soon to start testing red sea phosphate, and API Nitrate, I don't see a reason to run these everyday like I've been doing. Now that Ive had it running for a month, Im sure Id be ok with these running 1x a week. I manage my alk through a different system and have that automatically dosing. For me, this system saves me time from having to test manually. Is it alot of time to do manually? not really, but its one less thing I need to think of.
