I contacted reeflo because my super dart snapper gold pump seal is leaking and my impeller has a wobble in it. I noticed this when spring cleaning my pump. So I emailed them because I only had it a year and it has a 5 year warranty. I received an email reply in minutes and they said they would send out the parts right away.

Wow talk about great customer service. Quick response, shipping parts right away. No questions asked.
What more can you ask for when buying a product.

And yes I love my reeflo pump it's quite and is so energy efficient even at 4300gph. So glad I bought this pump and its the best I've every had.

You you will give them a shot when you look for a quality return pump and awesome customer service.
