Does anyone know how I can test this redsea 500 drive motor?
It does not move by the app or manually. Just wondering if it's the motor the board or a sensor. Just don't know what to buy.

If the reefmat has power... you should be able to trigger it manually with the buttons regardless if the sensor is open or closed. Make sure all connections are secure. If everything checks out then you need a new motor.

Its a common issue, reach out to Red Sea, they will need a copy of receipt, pic of unit, then small video showing its not working. Then they will work with you on fixing it. Mine did it a few months ago
