Reefwise - VERY BAD Expereince

I couldn't seem to post a new thread in the vendor forum, so I have no choice to put it here. I ordered a pair of Nahacky Fairy wrasses yesterday for $348.00. They arrived this morning and looked half dead in the bag. There were no heat packs in the box either and water was very cold and slightly cloudy. I told them right away, they said "its normal for them to be resting", I agreed and started the drip acclimation. About 40 minutes into they still were not swimming and were breathing heavily. They died about a half hour later. I still have them sitting in a bucket of water. I was speaking through facebook and they said they needed to wait until the owner got in. That was 8 hours ago. I sent them several messages and still have not even responded once. I obviously see that the messages are being read. They even have a guarantee posted on the website and they sent me it prior to shipping. I dont feel this is right. We aren't talking about a $30 fish here.
Give them time, perhaps? You say you sent several messages in an eight hour period.

Id be more then happy too if they said something back to me, not making seem like I'm being ignored. They also said give them two hours, that's why I said it's been 8 hours.

Did you use Paypal ? You can file a complaint with them if you did....

I recommend taking a breath and giving them more time to respond. I think your expectations for immediate resolution are unreasonable. Perhaps they're asking questions internally to find out if they had internal process failures, etc. It hasn't even been a day and you're here bad-mouthing them. Give them time to make it right.

I paid directly with a CC. I can dispute it, but I will give them more time to respond. I mean, am I being unreasonable to at least acknowledge my messages?
