Yellow belly from the Maldives, Indian Ocean, or Redsea. Yellow belly can also come a couple other locations but are rare

What is the length of the fish? As juveniles they all have yellow belly’s to start

Both yellow chest and Blue chest Regal will have yellow chest as a small fish. However, just from the lack of ocellate on the dorsal fin, this fish is too old to have yellow chest from youth. He is a true Yellow chest Regal
