Yesterday received a new regal angelfish along with a flame angelfish and naso tang. There are all are eating currently in QT. Upon arrival I noticed the regal angelfish had a slight hazy eye. Today it is worse and I want to treat it as soon as possible. I attached a picture and video.

I would consider moving it to a hospital tank (no rock - as compared to the one you have it in now) - and treating with a broad spectrum antibiotic such as maracyn or kanaplex

In one eye suggest mechanical injury and best treatment as pictured below is Maracyn for at least 5 days with added aeration using an airstone

Cupramine has a few more reactions with other medications, I’m not certain if it can be used with Maracyn 1 or not, sorry.

I dont suggest mixing with chelated form and with you using Ionic version of copper, I personally would avoid doing so
