So two weeks ago I got two bigger power heads and decided to place them in one side of the tank instead of one in each side. I have the JB Wave controller. Its set on the pattern "Blast"
Cycle time at 00:00:00.5
I have never seen my corals this happy. My zoas. My sps's are fully open. I have never seen my corals like this good before. Nothing else changed besides the flow.

I was just thinking of doing the same thing. Glad it's working out. My thought was I could move the higher flow coral to one side while keeping lower flow on the "return" side.

The lower flow will be ont the powerhead side. The other side will be too much flow. Make sure the corals are not on the flow. Try placing the powerhead where theres no corals in front of it.

What kinds of anthias are those? I love the markings on the male!

Little update!
Tank is doing fine, except my nitrates at 80ppm.
Po4 is zero. Sps's are growing fast. The only thing affected by the high nitrates Are some zoas. My eagle eyes are not doing good. Did a 40g water change, and today they look better. Doing another water change on wed.
