My fish keep getting pop eye. My tank is a 144 gallon and all coral in it are happy and healthy. A few of my fish have had popeye at lest twice. they get better and then get it again. Ive heard of a viral form of popeye that you need to just kill all of the fish in your tank and run it without fish for 6 months.Anyone know or have advice for me ?

Where's the mysis?
What fish are getting the popeye? What are the water parameters? Can you quarantine the fish?
It's super difficult to qt the Gish. They are in a reef tank with great perams

He tank is not heavily stocked. The popeye came in on a damsel and now almost everyone has had it. Some have died from it. I just feel terrible that some are getting it over and over.
