Reporting a Rogue Post

For the first time I used the "Report" a post. A small window popped up and asked for the reason. I filled it out and clicked "Report Post." Three small rectangles flickered for about 10 seconds and then dissappeared, but the Report Post window was still there. I actually clicked "Report Post" a second time and got the same rectangles flickering for about 10 seconds, disappeared, and the small window was still there.

So did I do this right? I was expecting the window to either disappear or state that your report was submitted.

Yup, sounds like you did it right, window should have went away after you reported it though. Window should have appreared across the top of the web page thanking you for your report.

@Reefing Madness thank you for the response. It's been an hour since I've attempted to submit the report (twice), and the rogue post is still there....and that's with 13 Staff members on line, 3 listed as Moderators. I'm going to assume it didn't go through. I'll try again and see what happens.

OK, I just did it again and this time I got the "Thank you for reporting the post." I don't know what happened the first time around.
