Wanting to upgrade and found a deal on a 265g with a sump and stand for $800, that the current owner says requires a reseal. Is that worth a shot? Too much of a risk or hassle? I’ve done a reseal a few times but never over 60g. I assume doing it properly by completely removing all silicone and separating the panels is the only way, or is just removing the inside joints and reapplying an option? Anyone do this before?
Or is hiring a professional to do it for me a possibility, or crazy expensive and I should just find a new tank?
Thanks!
Ben
