Resetting Hydra 26

Hi there! I’m having trouble resetting my Hydra 26 lights. I’ve watched the YouTube videos and tried holding the button in until the red light flashes. However, the only thing I get is a red and green flashing light and nothing resets. Any tips? What am I doing wrong? Thank you!
