Reticulated Puffer in a reef?

I have been looking at getting a puffer in my reef for a while now. I am not concerned with the clean up crew getting eaten, but would like to avoid a puffer that is going to feast on my corals. My LFS has a beautiful reticulated puffer, but I haven't heard too much about them. Does anyone have any experience with them or know if they like to eat corals? Thanks!

They're not reef compatible never heard of a larger puffer eating corals but they require a 150 gal tank or larger

I have a 300gal DT it will be going in. I am not concerned with the cleanup crew. I can get snails and crabs for pretty cheap. I just don't want him munching on my SPS/LPS. I have heard that some puffers will do this.

I've heard mostly toby puffers eat corals sometimes I haven't heard about large puffers eating coral but let some experts chime in about that. Are you planning on QTing?

Yes, you want to be careful with puffers. I put a "with caution" Blue Spot in my DT and it was the perfect citizen for about 2 months. And then suddenly, right before my eyes, it started tearing apart my corals. By the time I got it out of the tank, I lost two nice corals. I loved that fish. It had such great character. :(

Yes, I do plan on QT'ing.
