Return pump for 20g

Hey guys so I’m building up a 20 long and it’s quickly turning into a tricked out one I’m wanting to use a HOB overflow and sump. I’m looking at the Eshopps 300 overflow says flow rate is 75gph what pump would you guys recommend or what are people running with a similar setup? I’m thinking a Sicce 1.5 would be too much? I believe they are somewhere round 3-400gph

If you truly want around 75 gallons per hour. I would consider some of the Lifegard Quiet One DC Pumps. They are some of the smallest DC pumps you can buy. Being DC they are extra quiet and you can dial them down if the flow is too much. I would look at the 185 GPH model.
