Hey yall I have a 15 gal innovative marine AIO tank. My return pump has been acting up and stops working periodically until I reset the power strip etc. I’m looking to replace it, any non bank breaking recommendations. I don’t want to spend 200+ but I’m willing to drop $100-120 for a pump that I know will work for years to come. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Like I said I’m willing to spend on good equipment but I think +$200 for a 15 gal return pump might be overkill/unnecessary.
Thank you!

I'm a fan of Sicce pumps.
figure out what flow rate/size your tank can hold.

I have the Marine DC Pump by Jecod DCS-1200 it fits the rear chamber and I also have a VCA Random Flow nozzle it works but could be stronger, one issue with some DC pumps is when you go bigger flow the pump might get bigger as well, simply something to think about. I think I paid 60 dollars for the pump.

If you go with a too powerful AC pump and you cannot control the flow with a valve, it might take too much water in and through and when you turn off the pump you might have too much water in it. Again another thing to think about.
