Hey Mark, Glad to see you back into reefing & welcome to R2R ! Your right about everybody being friendly & all the info.These facts have kept me coming back .
The basics are the same but many innovations in 10 years. We can get You up to speed on all that.
What do You have tank/equipment wise so far?
I’m starting with a small tank to see if I can get the magic back:

SCA 50 gallon cube PNP (ordered today)
Kessil A360X Tuna Blue
LiquaGen 5-stage RODI
LR arrives this weekend from the Gulf

@Mark_Ames
:)
“Lost soul.”
I haven’t heard that term used much since my dear mom passed. She used that phrase a lot when she was alive. She bragged about my brother “The Dr.” and complained and cried about her other son (yours truly); “A wicked lost soul.”

But I to have become a new man since I wandered into this website. I barely use any swear words any more, I’ve stopped vodka dosing and my reef is growing corals like the garden of Eden. ( Post-Fall Garden, but things are looking good.)

And now you’ve signed up here after wandering around Israel. Welcome home Pilgram.
Welcome to Reef2Reef!
Thanks! That trip felt like there was quite a bit of divine intervention. I got home feeling much changed and enlightened.

Welcome to R2R - You will notice that rather much have changed - and IMO - to the better

Sincerely Lasse

Welcome to R2R and back to reefing you’ll love it here. R2R has some of the most knowledgeable and kind reefers I’ve ever had the pleasure of talking to online. I’ve had the chance to talk and help a lot of people and be helped by just as many . You’ll notice a lot has changed all for the better IMO. But you’ll also notice the basics are still the basics. Got any questions ask away you’ll find your answers here. Also when that tank comes in let’s see some pictures.
